RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EL KURDO, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. RETURNS (İADELER)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by the customer)

  • Opened or used personal electronic products

  • Final sale or discounted items (if stated)

3. REFUNDS (GERİ ÖDEMELER)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

4. SHIPPING COSTS (KARGO)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Free shipping promotions may be deducted from the refund

5. ORDER CANCELLATION (SİPARİŞ İPTALİ)

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
