1. SHIPPING AREA 

We currently ship within the United States only.


2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


3. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–7 business days depending on your location

Please note that delays may occur due to carrier or external factors.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns


5. ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website


6. FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

EL KURDO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the damage
    We will assist with a replacement or refund.
